Our goal is to create a meaningful relationship with our customer by offering versatile, figure-flattering fashion and by helping make decisions which compliment both her personal style and her closet. We focus our product selection on workwear but also offer complimentary “dress up/dress down” options.
Merchandise
cleo’s proprietary branded merchandise features styles and look which are both age and body appropriate; made available in a warm yet polished environment. Fashion featuring quality and fit are imperative in all our selections. We offer both petite and regular fits with sizes ranging from 2-18 or XS-XXL. As well, cleo offers online shopping at www.cleo.ca
Marketing
To complement our offer and allow us to stay in touch; cleo features a customer loyalty program – my connect – which provides members with special rewards and member exclusive perks throughout the year. Currently, over half of our regular customers are members of the my connect program.
Giving Back
cleo is a long-standing supporter of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada. Donations are made on behalf of the efforts of our national store network and through the sale of special products featured in store in support of breast cancer.
